By completing our wholesale application you agree to the following:
1. MarieLynn Boutique has the right to restrict or deny your use of our services at any time.
2. Your account may be terminated without notice due to inactivity for extended periods of time and that removal or suspension may prevent you from re-entering the program.
3. You will provide a copy of your valid State Resale Permit, Sales and Use Tax ID, or a
Certificate of Authority (NY only). Please note this document is issued by the state in which your business is registered, and the number may differ from your Fed Tax ID. Please email a photocopy to MarieLynnBoutique@gmail.com along with your completed application form.
4. You will abide by these Terms of Service (TOS) at all times while using our wholesale services. We reserve the right to change the TOS in the future.
5. You will use our text, titles, and graphics responsibly. All item descriptions must be rewritten before being placed on your website. Google has a no duplicate content policy. Keeping the descriptions the same could potentially hurt your SEO as well as ours. In addition, you will NOT reference any of our pictures by pasting in our URL location for that picture (also known as hot linking). Anyone found hot linking to our pictures will have their account terminated immediately.
6. You will provide an accurate, valid mailing address, telephone number, verified Pay Pal account, and email address on your wholesale application and you will inform us of any changes.
7. All wholesale orders will be placed via website or phone and you will be invoiced through Pay Pal before the order is shipped.
8. Wholesalers: There is a minimum opening wholesale order of $150.00 at MarieLynn Boutique. Failure to purchase your opening order within 30 days of your account approval will result in your account being closed.
9. All wholesale orders after your initial opening order will be a minimum purchase of $50.00. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping charges incurred when your order is under $100. All orders at MarieLynn Boutique over $100 are shipped free.
10. All wholesale orders will be shipped in a timely manner. We will keep in contact with you to keep you up to date on the status of your order.
11. Samples are available on request; you can place a deposit for a few sample items of your choice from MarieLynn Boutique. Upon return of the sampled merchandise, assuming it is in the same condition that you received it, you will receive your deposit. Please note that all shipping charges incurred during this process are your responsibility.
12. Your reseller pricing is confidential and will not be shared with other parties.
13. You may sell our products only on the website or in the store listed on your wholesale application
Our products may NOT be listed on auctions sites including but not limited to eBay.
14. MarieLynn Boutique is not responsible for incorrect information given to us by you or someone from your company. We highly recommend that you place your order on http://www.marielynnboutique.com so that there is documented proof of that order.
15. You agree to the Return Policy listed on our web site.
16. Most orders will have a MarieLynn Boutique clothing tag on them. Including, but not limited to; burp cloths, baby blankets, nap mats, etc.
