Wholesale Terms of Business Agreement
As an approved MarieLynn Boutique wholesale vendor we ask that you review and agree to the following Terms of Business:
Minimum Order: At MarieLynn Boutique, I require a minimum order of $50.00 or more, not to include shipping costs.
Cost to buyer: You are purchasing MarieLynn Boutique items at a discounted wholesale price. Therefore, you are able to resell my items. In most cases, you will choose to sell my products at a higher cost to the buyer. That is at your discretion and I have no say in the matter.
Credit: Because these products are handmade by me and you are reselling my items, it is mandatory for you to inform the buyers that these items have been made by MarieLynn Boutique. You do not have to include the website address or my contact info, but you must state that each item was made by MarieLynn Boutique. You can in no way, take credit for my work. In doing so, you are violating this agreement and therefore, your status as a wholesale vendor will be revoked.
As a wholesale vendor, the products that you have ordered from me are not to be used for personal means. Wholesale prices are for vendors only and not for personal use.
As a vendor, I ask that you give me ample time to make and ship your orders. I agree to send out the items in a timely fashion. I do take great pride in my products, and I work hard to make sure each item is made to perfection. I will keep in contact with you on the status of the orders. After an order is submitted, I will notify you of an estimated ship date. Please keep in mind that I am in Germany and there is a delay in shipping. Please allow 7-10 days after I have shipped the items.
As a vendor you will receive anywhere between 10%-30% off of selected items.
I reserve the right to end this agreement at anytime, with or without notice. You also have this same right.
