Our number one goal at MarieLynn Boutique is to provide you, the customer, with exceptional Customer Service.

When you purchase an item from MarieLynn Boutique, you can expect to receive product status updates, to keep you informed the whole way through. This is why we require a valid email address at checkout. If there is ever a question or issue regarding a purchase, we will send you an email to the address that you have provided. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours, we will send a second email to the address provided. If we have not received a response after the second email, we will call you at the telephone number that you have submitted at checkout. If you have an answering machine, we will leave a message for you, stating that we need to speak with you regarding your purchase. If we have not heard from you 48 hours after our initial phone call, your purchase will be refunded and then cancelled.

At MarieLynn Boutique, we understand that many of our products are purchased for upcoming events, such as Birthdays, Holidays and Special Occasions. Therefore, we do our best to make sure that you receive your item as quickly as possible. Because many of our items are Handmade and in such high demand, we ask that you purchase your products well in advance. Most products will ship via USPS, 2 weeks (14 days) after your purchase has been made. There are exceptions to this policy, and they are stated on the Category and/or Product page. Please note that this does not include shipping/transit times. Many items, such as the Nursery Bedding and Decor will require a much longer lead time, and therefore we ask that you plan accordingly. There are many instances where items can be rushed, if you need your item right away, please call us at 888.884.7256 or email us at customerservice@marielynnboutique.com. We may be able to accomodate your needs without you purchasing "Rush Delivery".

Because many of our items are Handmade or Customized, we do not accept returns. If the error is on our part, we will make an exception. For example, you place an order for a Pink Hair Bow and we send you a Red Hair Bow; we will correct the error right away. If you are unhappy with your product, we will gladly work with you, to ensure that you receive a top quality product. MarieLynn Boutique provides Size Charts, Colors Charts and Detailed Product Descriptions; to ensure that you have all the tools you need to purchase your desired item. When an item is shipped from MarieLynn Boutique or one of our partners, a Delivery Confirmation Number is given to you. This is for your records, as well as ours; it helps us to track the status of your purchase after it has left our offices. As the customer, we ask that you always submit a valid shipping address. We are not responsible for old addresses and we always ship to the desired "Ship To" address that you have provided at checkout. MarieLynn Boutique and our partners are not responsible for shipping and/or transit times, as these are circumstances that are out of our control. We will do our best on our end, to ensure that you receive your item, but there are circumstances beyond our means. MarieLynn Boutique and our partners are not responsible for lost,stolen or damaged packages and/or products. We strongly suggest that our United States residents  purchase Shipping Insurance. This small fee can be a life saver in the event of a lost, stolen or damaged product.
