She's a Rockstar. The ruffle skirt is layered with 4 layers of super full ruffles in alternating fabrics and has an elastic waist for a comfortable fit. The top is a silky satin fabric with rockin' graphics. The back and sleeves are shirred for a super stretchy and gorgeous fit.
