This dress set is simply gorgeous. The dress has a beautiful corset style top and a double layer skirt. The top layer is a sky blue damask trimmed with a ruffle, it splits in the front to reveal the bottom layer, that is loaded with layers upon layers of super full ruffles. The straps criss cross and button in the back. The pants have 3 layers of matching ruffles to finish off this masterpiece. The dress and pants both have elastic in the back for a comfortable fit.
