This pettiskirt come in newborn sizes up to adults. This one has two layers of black nylon chiffon in the front and is lined with two layers of black nylon chiffon. Two layers of fuschia chiffon fluff is attached and a black satin bow. We don't skimp on our chiffon. We use tons of fluff for the ruffle.

The black knit shirt matches perfect with fuschia nylon chiffon ruffles around the neck. We also offer the matching bow made with black satin and fuschia chiffon.
