Our average size petti-tutu is made with at least 38 yards of nylon tulle and we make our ruffles very ruffled which we call fluff. The zebra fluff is made with nylon chiffon.
The fluff we use makes this petti-tutu fluffed naturally. It is such a beautiful petti-tutu.
